Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Hey guys, so I made these low carb versions of keto Philly Steak Egg Rolls last night, my first-ever attempt and they are so amazing! It Tastes super and so proud. Keto Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls is the perfect recipe to make as an appetizer, dinner, or snack.

Ingredients required for Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls Recipe:

1 pound ground beef

One  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

1 yellow onion, chopped

½ green bell pepper, chopped

24 egg roll wrappers

12 slices American cheese

¾ cup vegetable oil for frying


How to prepare Cheesesteak Egg Rolls Recipe:

1    Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add beef in it and cook it till it turns brown.

2    Now we have to add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper and carefully remove the mixture from the pan.

3    Take a skillet and melt butter in it. Then we have to add onion and bell pepper to it and stir well.

4     Then we have to add beef mixture to the skillet and stir well to combine.

5     Let them cool the filing.

6     Then we have to lay down the egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and then we have to place half slice of cheese onto each.

7     Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling on the top of each egg roll.

8     We have to pull the bottom left corner over the filling and we have to moisten edges with water and roll tightly.

9     Take a saucepan over medium-high heat and add 1-inch oil in it and we have to add egg rolls and let them cook till they turn brown.

10    Enjoy and serve!
