Ingredients
1/2 lb chicken wings or 12 chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
Dash pepper
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup as used to measure out the packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 / 4 cup Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce – strain (used sparingly) 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
Optional: Thin strips of green jalapeno peppers and red onion, sesame seeds
Directions
With a sharp knife, go through both wing joints; remove the wing tips. Season chicken with little salt and black pepper. Broil 4-6 in. frying until they get golden brown color and it take around 6-8 minutes each side of the sandwich . Transfer to a greased 5-qt. slow cooker.
