Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husks, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Gradually add olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute.
- Knead Dough: Gently knead the dough several times until it forms a ball. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Shape Tortillas: Divide the dough into 4 large or 8 small pieces. Take one piece and place it between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until thin and flat. Use a large dinner plate or a small appetizer plate to trace around the edges and shape the tortilla.
