- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, measured correctly, or use gluten-free flour to make these gluten-free
- 1 Tbsp baking powder, aluminum-free
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Nonstick cooking spray, for greasing

- Preheat the waffle iron by following the manufacturer's instructions, setting it on the desired browning setting
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar till well incorporated. Fold in pumpkin, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
